A lazy easter sunday after an all- night out with the Pubs boss and "J" ..first night club tested here, enjoyed dancing with her ! 😉  …I tend to hate "the holidays" (xmas and easter) ..not only for the reason that almost everybody is "occupied" with their fdamily gatherings, so I am usually alone, , but because they always remind me of the people that I lost in my life ,friends, wives, sisters, brothers and children…not least my deceased son Adam and the 2 stolen children Leon (13) and Noela (8) ….I watched a programme today on Tv about famous fathers and their children and how many said that their relationships were the most imprtant and vital. The worst thing a woman can do, is not kill me, or divorce me but deny me my fatherhood. oela’s mums birthday today, and 4 years after I "escaped" the last time from germoney…

talking of "germioney" my favourite cafe-pub in Pod. had a visit by 2 local "gestapo" complaining that the cafe had started to build a "garden" outide the cafe on the pavement …this in a city that allows cars to park all over the pavements etc so that pedestrians have to walk in the road. I am told their is bureaucratic / insider "corruption" here.  what a surprise , just like everywhere else! ..no wonder ther EU are in a hurry to add this gem to their "christian membership"…
Bk and I have fallen out, (the saga of missed appointments and "promises" etc etc became like a massive "April fools" joke, ) so I wont be around the cafe BK-store so often. REDS fan had his birthday on April 1, I wrote this this little prose for the lad;

…was easily eclipsed by that MASSIVE FOOL Eriksson (svens’ brother?)who pretended to be a Referee at our game later that night in the "stadium of Bullsh*te"  their fans got away with throwing firworks onto the pitch, their players got away with kicking Torres and the rest, whilst Babel got a RED card for something you wouldnt even remark about in a kiddies playground, never mind so-called adult male sports pros. NO wonder the benfica fans had a Swedish flag draped on their terraces. !!! just as it was at Olt toilet , when Mancs fan Webb gave them a pen. Eriksson gave benfica TWO penalties and denied us a goal and a pen when Torres waS FOULED. nO WONDER HE  missed a chance he must have been knackered from chasing all over the pitch after Babel was red-carded. and his legs must be black and blue from the kicking of benfica’s defenders.

A tired LFC (and a very tired and bruised "Our Kid" Torres) could only draw at Brum Sumday, may have damaged our chances of CL qualification next season, no one will love me for it, but I would rather see us win the Europa League and GO FOR the PL next season , than end the season struggling to do either. Maybe the best way to win the Pl next season is NOT to have the "distraction" of the "glam" CL and IF the squad believes we can do it.

"We returned to some seats outside "No. 2 ARREST COURT" and a tall
young lawyer approached saying he represented the Gold coast City
Council and asked how we wanted to proceed, Guilty or Not Guilty, and I
said there will be no proceedings until there is Trial by Jury and that
the Jurisdiction of the Court will be Challenged. Of course, he didn’t
have a clue …and walked away. We re-entered "No.2 ARREST COURT" and
sat and waiting till the other cases had been disposed of. Then their
matter was called. The thug on the bench started the usual "I’m the
boss, here" routine and tried to intimidate our lady and husband. This,
naturally, silenced them when they wanted to say what they wanted to
say. I made discreet noises to call them over to me and I said, "Don’t
forget what I told you. Tell he, "I am not happy to have these
proceedings continue. I am a free woman. I am a sovereign human
being..etc.". This she did and interrupted the bully boy to say just
that. The "Magistrate" was quiet for a few seconds and as soon as the
word, "sovereign", was utter he bellowed "Stop that. I’m not going to
listen to any of that rubbish!". He then looked straight and me a
shouted, "Get out of the court! Get out." I stood up and he repeated,
"Get out." As I was leaving, I said to our heroes, "Stand your ground."
…again, "Get out!" I was outside "No.2 ARREST COURT" and a uniformed
beer-bellied 50 year old man stationed himself at the door of the court
to make sure I didn’t go in. I asked him, "Are you a Sheriff?" and he
answered, "No. I’m a Government Security Officer. We’re like the
Police.". I said I’d never heard of such a thing. Inside the court,
there were exchanges (of which a transcript has been ordered). The
matter was adjourned till February 2009, and the couple were placed
under arrest. Before they left, they had to sign Bail Slips. We now
have two more very brave and genuine Fighters for Freedom(snip)

Whilst reports indicate that Liverpool Football Club’s American owners
arepreparing to offer Rafael Benitez a new contract, the Liverpool
Supporters’Union, Spirit of Shankly, believes that supporters should
judge Hicks andGillett on their actions rather than their words. The
Liverpool Echo reports that Hicks has assured Benitez that dialoguewill
commence within the week. However, Hicks and Gillett have failed toact
upon numerous previous promises and assurances. Spirit of Shankly
is,therefore, concerned that their cavalier approach to the business
ofrunning Liverpool Football Club may lead them to once again disregard
fromafar, the assurances that they have made. The Union has genuine
fears that a failure to commence negotiationsimmediately, or any
significant delay in bringing this matter to aconclusion, will impact
adversely upon both existing player negotiationsand the club’s ability
to operate effectively in the January transferwindow. It is our
information that key first team players are now enteringa phase of
their existing contracts where new deals will be necessary inorder to
prevent a repeat of Steve McManaman and Michael Owen typescenarios. We
are also led to believe that a number of players’ agents arereluctant

‘A CALL TO ARMS!’

Hi ChriS,It’s the countdown to crunch time for the American owners of
Liverpool FC. The final deadline for Hicks & Gillett is only seven
months away. The £350m debt which the Americans owe to the recently
nationalised bank, RBS, has to be re-structured by July 2009 at the
latest, and there is every sign that it won’t be straightforward. It
might even happen in January.As you all know, the financial picture is
stark:

In the present climate, RBS will probably require a very significant
cash injection from the owners before even reconsidering the loan – and
that appears very unlikely The cash the Club has to spend is heavily
dependent on income from the Champions League but the servicing of the
debt is going to drain away LFC’s financial resources to recruit
players If the current debt can’t be re-financed, going in to
Administration is a real risk for the club; the 20 point loss in the
Premier League would scupper almost any chance of participation in the
CL next yearThe result against Chelsea might have awakened genuine
optimism amongst Liverpool fans on the football front, but we should
not let such hopes disguise the real dangers facing our Club right now.
We’re teetering on the edge of a financial cliff and there’s every
chance we could drop off.But any crisis is also an opportunity.This is
the time for Liverpool fans to really get together and take control. If
a financial collapse does come – it may be the best chance we’ll get to
take ownership of our Club.There is a real alternative to the current
owners – it’s us, the fans themselves.Some of you have written to ask,
‘When will we get the chance to buy the Club?’We write to emphasise to
you the opportunity which may be coming our way soon, and it may be
that the cost of acquiring the Club is falling – and to urge you to

Sepp Blatter for controls on the foreign ownership of football clubs,
and comments by the FA Chairman, Lord Triesman, and UEFA’s general
secretary David Taylor, regarding the excessive amount of debt held by
Premier League clubs, the fans’ organisation ShareLiverpoolFC have
raised serious questions about their Club’s financial stability as a
result of being so heavily geared at a time when the "Credit Crunch" is
really beginning to bite.Utilising a powerful business modelling tool
widely used in the football industry, ShareLiverpoolFC have reviewed
LFC’s finances from the last audited accounts and projected these
figures forward over the next five years. The results raise some very
serious questions about the financial stability of the Club in the near
future:

Even if the current RBS loan is extended beyond Jan ‘09, under the
current arrangement it will only be until July, 2009. With both
American owners unable to raise money for the stadium, in today’s
financial climate, can they raise more ‘real’, unleveraged money to
restructure the loan and keep the Club afloat? If the football bubble
bursts, could the loans secured against LFC become sub prime and put
the Club at risk? Kop Football Ltd has to find £20m plus to service the
debt of £245m. How will the debt be serviced? Can the owners assure us
that Kop Football’s indebtedness is not to be serviced by the Club? If
it is, how can the Club pay it?Rogan Taylor, founder of
ShareLiverpoolFC, said: "The turmoil we are witnessing in financial
markets is largely down to excessive lending to those that have
difficulty in servicing the cost of the debt and who, as a result of
the borrowing, effectively have negative equity in the assets they have
borrowed on. Without a new owner in prospect, Liverpool FC now appears
to fit this description based on the results of our review. We call on
the owners to capitalize the loan from Kop Football to the Club. In
other words, put some ‘real’ money into the business."By July next
year, ShareLiverpoolFC estimate that losses at LFC will have eroded the
club’s Capital and Reserves to a negligible amount compared with it’s
liability to its bankers; i.e. it will be very heavily geared and won’t
have sufficient income to cover this total interest cost. Over the next
five years ShareLiverpoolFC anticipate losses to range between £30m to
£70m a year. These projected losses are largely due to the Club not
having a big enough stadium or commercial income to support its current
player and debt costs. It is also likely that the Club and its parent
company, Kop Football, will be going through a re-financing exercise
come the Club’s year end. Rogan Taylor commented: "Not a comfortable
position to be in at a time when the game’s regulators are calling for
a reduction in debt and foreign ownership – not to mention the effects
of the global ‘Credit Crunch’ – which will make a Stevie Gerrard tackle
look like a vicar’s limp handshake." SLFC Board member, Barrie Baxter,
said:"ShareLiverpoolFC already represents thousands of fans prepared to
invest real money into the Club. Raising the required funds won’t be
the issue once we have a deal in prospect. We’re confident we’ll be
able to succeed. "We are prepared to consider a partnership with any
incoming buyer with the right attitude to the development of LFC going
forward. After the experience with the current owners, it will be
important for any new owner to ensure that they have the confidence of
Liverpool fans."We call on the current owners to inject cash as capital
to reduce the Club’s debt. If they are unwilling or unable to do this,
then they should move over and let others that can better serve the
Club take control." ShareLiverpoolFC’s long term objective is to gain
control of the Club. However, in the medium term their strategy is to
work with suitable new investors to help achieve a change of ownership,
stabilise the Club’s finances and represent the fans interests by

so I can now list all the things I take in and accept, small things …

I paid extras in the whole of the last 4 weeks, extra this , extra for that, the previous weekend I paid your bill in Kruidvat etc & when do U show any appreciation of the time i spend on your problems, Rechtbank, I go to Rabo with you, I write letters, change Oxxio ; explain, support, clean cook , washup, wash the couch etc & try to sort out your bike, & etc . etc etc…I dont MIND doing things for you (my partner!) IF I feel appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on sunday I only expected to have a couple of drinks (I told you, because of going to London u) – but when we are out U act like i have so much money?

YOU KNOW that I already booked (& paid for) OUR travel to LOndon, Liverpool & DUBLIN.// and I wont go to MADrid, (I probably cant afford that now anyway!)…

That decision is very important – but you moan about me being on the internet (when in fact I did the letter to the Rechtbank whilst YOU watched tv ) AMAZING!

and because I DONT come to bed when YOU decide (maybe I want to finisih something for ME! instead of for you) you make a fuss…why shoudl I APOLOGISE?…I didnt say "I am coming now!" (or in "seconds") I said I am coming SOON..(in fact I alsways say SOON, not "seconds" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

…is not the psychology of making rules for others fantastic?…it starts thousands of years ago when a "ruler" or "royalty" or "church/community" leader says what the "ordinary people should do"….and of course these "few" wanted to protect their power, so "rules" from then,,,still form the basic priorities of "rule-making"…today?…
– protecting "property" (not people) ????
– protecting LOCAL interests (instead of all) ??
– making business (instead of community care)
– enforcing bias (whatever that political / religious interest may be)
– jobs for "us" (not "them")

My culture (and in fact that socialist culture supposedly is the basis of all humanity) is to WELCOME the guest…to invite the "stranger" or "visitor" into home & community but the latest version of this "law" has brought the world into a "scared" community, where FEAR RULES…where people are encouraged to "shut out & identify" their "terrorist/actvist enemies" (no different than what the NS did with the german "Hitler Youth" etc, telling the authorities who was "different" etc…)

Well, boys & girls HERE I am..the "odd one" …the stranger, the activist, the visitor, who hasnt had a home base, like a refugee or a gypsy?…through choice or accident I am not like you who have been fixed to one or few locations on this planet. Someone I know, works in a government office and complains about the "foreigners" who are angry with her…I know they should not be treated better or worse than a local, but some of them are rightfully angry when they experience the PREJUDICE of the community, or when they ask for the same treatment as everyone else…(I wont expect them to get more…or less…)

AM I a terrorist?…probably the reason i have been held several times "on remand" by german authorities, or had my correspondence diverted & delayed, emails lost or delayed, phone tapped etc. etc is because I argue….and I argue with the "system" which itself is made up of people like "U", whoever "U" are…I WILL expose violations by "political agents" (the german word is "beamte") or "citizens" (even if they are farmers <smile>) …wherever I am…and so its easy to "send me to coventry"…to shut me out…to turn away and refuse to accept or act upon those things I EXPOSE by complaint or by action…
I propose better ways of logistics, of transport, (last week I travelled around Europe and the failure to transfer that endless inside line of cargo trucks to rail or canal is a prime example ) of lifestyle, of sharing responsibility local & global..the failure to provide REAL EQUALITY , the fact that children are taught (biased) "history" instead of the basic human rights articles says it ALL to me!….
Just remember before you vote for "yet another politician" to make more RULES for "U" ..or when TAX is paid by you or taken from your income, ask yourself, "AM I PART of the Problem , or part of the solution" ????? <smile>
p.s.
just watched this last weekend the DVD of "Philadelphia" …the issue is obvious but its also a comment on "U" (the public) AND ..THE "LAW" ,…the DVD came with a bonus
of special features and "deleted scenes" …which for me just also remind me that the demand in hollywood is for a "commercial length" film (so that "U" dont have to
concentrate too much! ) AND…one particular scene deleted was called "FOUR against One" …not only did the RICH guys who abused Andys rights have 4 lawyers
but (of course) it reminds "US" that THEY (lawyers & judges) are in a CLUB…the chief of the law firm invites the (impartial?) judge to lunch>>> and so it goes…on & on & on…
 
– Tips – this Flemish region
 
I am just a few metres away from the Dutch frontier…even on a rainy summers day, theres a certain charm about this green flemish countryside, I live in a small village which roughly
translated means "without me" (sort of fits me eh?) next door is the village pub AND like the old LIVERPOOL ; the centre of social activity , very active & all ages
& types make up the pub "(ir)regulars" the place has a reputation and is situated on "08" of the bycycle map of the region (another co-incidence consiring the LIVERPOOL 08 ; european capital of Culture programmme?)..

theres cheap B & B, camping nearby, and on sunday my plan is to bike around..first a stop at the "casino" bayerd bio-cafe at Wortel..run by a lady & a team of handicapped lads, nice atmosphere, as they tend to sit down and chat…have a coffee & cake there, then within a few kms
theres an Irish pub,(near Rijksvorsel) with a name that sounds like "high boll*cks) with atmosphere much more authentic than the stereotype irish pubs that have been franchised all over european cities, woned & managed by "Lee" and his wife –
who are real fans or holidays in Ireland, and the pub walls represent that! – having a home made soup or a glass of guiness from the tap…
and a rare daytime visit to the (very Ugnly) Debbbie’s "Foutkaffej" (see http://www.foutkaffee.be) for an afternoon coffee (soon it will only be a nighttimeonly-dance/bar
also with an extra-ordinary atmosphere (something you have to "test" yourself…<smile>) before I make my way back to "home-base" …because, although, (due to my
earlier profession) I am usually a wine – drinker, CAFE Schuttershof offers so many great Belgian beers, and the local brew from tap at only ONE euro per glass..

I took advantage last week of a rentacar deal, as I had some things to do that couldnt be sorted via public transport or on my bike, and as they threw into the deal 2400 kms, I decided to a) visit Angie (a GREAT young singer-songwriter I supported in the past with lyrics & occassional concerts) who informed me  that she was visiting her Dad near Stuttgart, pick up some boxes from near Freiburg, and , most importantly try to see my son Leon , now aproaching 12 years of age (who I have seen for a total of 10 minutes in the last 5 years, thanks to his selfish mother & a gender-biased german state system) I spent a long day driving in 30 degrees on autobahns full of heavy traffic and so was relieved that Angies friend Didi invited me to share a BBQ at his flat & crash out for a few hours in his spare room before proceeding …I left early the next morning to try to catch Leon before he left for school, but that same concrete thud in my heart, when I saw that his mother (like Margit did with Noela) has moved on, with no forwarding address..any of you that know the "story" can ask me privately the rest will be able to read the book "you have got to get in to get out" cost E9.99 – with any profits going to childrens charities.

what a great weekend "OUR kid" ("el Nino" ) Fernando TORRES

…wins the Euro 08 final (against "them") …and i (Alien : ChriS ) meet the rest of the worlds "pirates"..ZONDEREIGEN is near Baarle (Hertog-Nassau) "special" already because of its 30 enclaves and 2 communities split by 2 nationalities..is typical of a region which last weekend hosted (thanks to "F" & his boss-lady) …the largest meeting in the world of international radio …"pirates" …and although I was there as "guest-worker" ..helping with hosting, ticket collection, cooking the Barbie..serving brekkie etc..as one of the "team" on saturday night I managed to say "hello" on the radio set-up in the tent by the "pirates" for the first time since .."multi-CELTural music & pirates club…almost live" for the FIRST time since the programme was shut down (by my removal) by the nasties of germoney…

I was pleased to meet nicer germans on the weekend, like (another?) "crazy Chris" ..Uli (he and I passed the qualifications for Macdonalds

by the speed of  our BBQ cooking of Hamburgers…sausages, steaks &….sate-skewers !) & his wife jeanette…all the way from Dresden…"Dave" was there from the states (obviously a CIA-mole..
there many dutch including 3 from Zwolle, who I never got round to chatting much with, as I was "working"…3 french (including Michel from Colmar???)
..
so we only needed an italian and I would have met people from almost every place I have lived…inc "mouth of the south" & Ste. from S.E. London also not far from where I lived almost 30 years ago ..

we moved the tents around, but it seemed to push people together and of course the 4 finnish lads stayed up drinking all night, (I crashed on the family couch about 02hrs, and got awoke about 6am by "cartoon network"..thanks kids! <smile>)
and apart from some hangover-induced "murmurs" whilst waiting for brekkie to be served sunday morning, the atmosphere was very good and to hear the stories..including how (not) to tap electricity from the main public
system…<smile>  it was good to be a "pirate" again ..(although U know ….I do my best to "plunder" and obstruct those BIG ships (shi*s?) of the "system" whenever I can ruin their fear – ridden rule-laden methods ..

so thanks again for the fellowship, and I hope (insha’allah) to see/hear you all again soon…be good and if U cant be good be careful …(as my dear old departed ma would say)
